"First, I want to thank Kaylee for her patience and prompt attention to my concern regarding adjusting monthly premium amount. She explained that I should submit a copy of my defensive driving certificate. Which I was able to do via txt messaging as per her instructions. She responded promptly and promised the premium will be adjusted. I gave a 3 star rating because this was my second call requesting the premium adjustment. Hopefully, I will get a reduction."

"I simply just wanted a quote. The quote came back higher than others so I simply passed on it. They proceeded to call me every day. If my phone was on do not disturb, they would just keep calling so my phone rang anyways. Extremely unprofessional and felt like harassment. Instead of just respecting that I was not interested. Let alone the fact that I do not live in New York and never have"

State Farm agencies are independently owned, so it’s possible you were working with a different office.
